By Decandolle² no plants from the D.E.I. are mentioned. The herbarium Burman contains plants of Kleinhoff, Houttuyn, Pryon, van Royen, etc.³ We may safely assume that the above-mentioned plant was not collected by Burman himself, but was ex Herb. Burman.
