career:

Chemical engineer, educated at the Technical College, Delft; in the employ of the B.P.M. (Batavian Oil Company).

collections:

In 1927 he presented 54 plants (mainly orchids) from Balikpapan (E. Borneo), and in 1936 plants from Pangkalan Brandan (NE. Sumatra) to Hort. Bog.. Possibly some of them preserved in Herb. Bog. [BO].
