Is cited as the collector of plants in the Moluccas in 1816,1 which are said to be preserved in Herb. Decand. (Geneva [G]), and of a no 135 from Singapore.2 The plants mentioned are probably ex Herb. A.B. Lambert, but not collected by himself. Part of the latter’s herbarium is preserved in the Brit. Mus. [BM] (purch. in 1842; mainly coll. Ruiz & Pavon from America);3 and in Herb. Deless.
