She took part in the Ethnological Mission of the said University, making explorations in the Isle of Alor (Lesser Sunda Islands), when stationed at Kalabahi from 1938-Febr. 1939. |

In Jan. 1939 she collected 99 nos of useful plants which were presented to Herb. Bog. [BO]; they were identified by Dr van Steenis.1 |
