Probably the collector Zeyl (see there) is identical, the name being misread.

Collecting localities:

Is cited by Engler (in Engl. Bot. Jahrb. 7, 1886, p. 459) as the collector of a plant near Koepang, Timor. The expedition visited the island in May 1875.
