Naval surgeon who accompanied the Star Mountains Expeditions in Central New Guinea in 1959 (see under C. Kalkman).

Collecting localities:

He took part in the ascent of Mt Juliana (Sept. 9, 4640 m). He collected some plants in collaboration with Kalkman, numbered in the latter’s series.
