A Filipino, at first Ranger of the Bureau of Forestry at Manila, and later Headranger of the Forestry Service in Br. N. Borneo; in 1926 appointed Deputy Asst Conservator of Forests. He retired from the Forest Department of North Borneo on 8th June 1957 after 42 years of service. |
