Note: This very poisonous plant, growing originally along rivers near the Mediterranean Sea, was one of the first cultivated as medicinal plant. Clusius used Nerion. According to the alphabetic index there should have been Myrtus communis L. attached on this page. Although there are detached parts of this species found, no matching traces are visible. |
